1. Authorization is required
Use only applications, files, systems, and accounts you own or are expressly authorized to operate. You may not use an Adept AI environment to access another person’s system, data, account, network, or intellectual property without permission. A visitor or user cannot grant themselves authority they do not have.
2. Prohibited use
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, account takeover, evasion, or unauthorized security testing.
- Operating outside an approved application or attempting to escape environment containment.
- Uploading secrets or personal information unrelated to an approved task.
- Infringing third-party software, data, media, design, or export rights.
- Weapons, surveillance abuse, unlawful discrimination, or other illegal activity.
- High-impact autonomous actions without required qualified human review.
- Disrupting capacity, bypassing quotas, or reselling access without written approval.
3. Credentials and connected systems
Any future pilot must define which credentials and integrations are allowed, how permissions are scoped, and who may approve agent actions. Never place API keys or passwords into screenshots, public logs, website forms, or files not intended to store secrets.
4. Engineering artifacts
Generated or modified CAD, EDA, manufacturing, or technical files must be reviewed by qualified people before fabrication, procurement, release, or safety-critical use. Checkpoints and action traces improve recoverability; they do not prove that the underlying design or agent conclusion is correct.
5. Enforcement
Website submissions or future access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, systems, and legal rights. Any pilot agreement will govern investigation, notice, and termination obligations where applicable.
